Senior Product Manager

As a Product Manager at Betsson Group, you will play a pivotal role within our Product Development department, focusing on our Player Account Management platform. Betsson’s PAM product team aims to empower the business with a player-centric, highly adaptable, and sustainable platform that delivers exceptional digital experiences, drives business growth, and ensures seamless customer interactions.
In this capacity, you will work in a dynamic, platform product team, collaborating closely with stakeholders to gather customer feedback and define, organize, and prioritize requirements. Your responsibilities will encompass taking ownership of multiple customer journeys and/or capabilities within the PAM platform, spearheading the delivery of new functionality and enhancements to existing features. This will entail close collaboration with other development teams and active engagement with stakeholders to ensure successful implementations.
Operating within a fast-paced and dynamic industry, this role presents exciting opportunities to work on innovative and cutting-edge products, contributing significantly to Betsson Group's ongoing success.

A taster of what you will be involved with:

• Working closely with the Head of the area and other product managers to define strategy and work towards Betsson Group’s vision of providing the best customer experience in the industry.
• Analyzing customer feedback, identifying potential opportunities, highlighting issues that might impact the player experience, & coming up with hypotheses based on findings.
• Conducting product and provider research to collect more insights and validate ideas.
• Partnering with architects, developers, and other stakeholders to define the customer experience, product specifications, and acceptance criteria.
• Working together with different areas to plan, prioritize and execute product improvements.
• Prioritizing user stories according to customer experience and business value.
• Analyzing improvements and deliverables retrospectively to evaluate the impact on business KPIs.
• Traveling occasionally to meet team members in various offices.

What we are looking for

• Being product and data-driven – having a good understanding of what our customers expect from our products, how it is performing, and how to continuously improve them.
• Shipping products and functionalities by partnering with engineers, designers, and other product leaders.
• Problem-solving using data- and hypothesis-driven approaches.
• Analyzing legal and regulatory requirements to ensure product compliance.
• Giving demos and presentations to a broad audience
• Communicating and negotiating with stakeholders of various backgrounds
• Working with distributed teams across multiple locations
• Working with Jira, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics or equivalent.
• Agile - not just processes but a true agile mindset where changing requirements based on business needs and market opportunities are embraced.
• Working in a fast-paced industry, where there are several moving targets and flexibility is expected.
• Understanding the iGaming industry and player's behaviours.
