Motion / Creative Designer (iGaming)

We are an online gaming product scaling paid traffic. Looking for a motion designer who thinks in terms of attention, not just animation.
What you will do
Build short videos ads that make people click
Design and animate the visuals for our whole funnel
Make sure the ad, the landing page and the product all feel like one thing
Work closely with our devs to get it live

Product mindset
Strong After Effects, confident in Figma
You know how to catch attention in the first seconds
You can take an idea and run with it without much direction
