▮ Description

We’re looking for an Antifraud Specialist to protect our operations — monitoring player activity, investigating suspicious behaviour, processing withdrawals, and handling chargebacks.
This is an analytical, hands-on role. You’ll work with gaming and payment data, investigate complex fraud cases, and continuously improve the rules and controls that keep the platform clean.
🔍 What you’ll be doing
Monitor player accounts, gaming activity, and financial transactions to detect fraud, multi-accounting, bonus abuse, and money laundering indicators
Analyse casino and sports betting activity: bets, winnings, settlement outcomes, and bonus abuse schemes
Use antifraud systems to detect bonus manipulation, fictitious bets, and falsified identity information
Review and process player withdrawals in accordance with internal procedures: KYC status, payment and gaming history, wagering requirements, and risk indicators
Handle chargebacks: gather evidence and prepare dispute responses
Use BI tools — including Power BI — to identify anomalies in player behaviour
🎯 What we’re looking for
1+ year of experience in antifraud or risk management within gaming
Knowledge of iGaming operations: game mechanics, bonus offers, wagering requirements, bet placement, and settlement
Experience in monitoring activity to identify suspicious and unusual player behaviour
Understanding of traffic acquisition processes and associated fraud risks
Knowledge of KYC procedures, basic AML requirements, and relevant licensing requirements
Understanding of the full deposit and withdrawal lifecycle: payment methods, transaction statuses, declines, and refunds
Hands-on experience reviewing and processing player withdrawals
Experience handling chargebacks: case analysis, evidence collection, and dispute responses
Experience working with antifraud systems, analytical tools, and dashboards
Ability to identify fake accounts, multi-accounting, bonus abuse, bot attacks, card fraud, and money laundering indicators
Ability to independently analyse data, identify connections between accounts and transactions, and make evidence-based decisions
⭐ Nice to have
Previous experience in customer support or payment operations
✨ What we offer
Fully remote setup
Shift schedule: 2 days on / 2 days off, 12-hour shifts including 2 hours of breaks
Probation period: 3 months
Work on a live international product where your decisions directly protect business revenue
Cross-functional collaboration with Payments, Bonus/Promo, CRM, and Support teams
Full Remote · iGaming · Antifraud · Risk · KYC/AML · Chargebacks · Betting
