SHUFFLER

About the role

Are you looking to start your career in a stable work environment but don't have any previous experience or foreign language skills? At ARRISE Live, we offer you the opportunity to learn a new job, develop your skills, and become part of a professional studio team.
As a Shuffler, you will work in a modern live casino production studio, where precision, concentration, and teamwork are essential to ensuring the quality of every game.
Whether this is your first job or you're looking for a new career opportunity, our structured training and supportive colleagues will provide you with everything you need to successfully master your responsibilities.
What you will do
As a Shuffler, you will be responsible for shuffling and preparing cards for online casino games, following clearly defined procedures that we will teach you from day one.
You will work on camera, but without interacting with players. Your focus will be on ensuring that cards are properly shuffled, equipment is ready, and every game runs smoothly and without errors.
With a little practice, everything becomes routine: you'll find your rhythm, gain confidence in your work, and perform your tasks with ease.
If you're detail-oriented, quick, and enjoy having clearly defined responsibilities, this is a job you can learn quickly while earning a stable income.
The position involves working in three shifts, as our studio operates 24/7. You'll have scheduled breaks and a supportive team by your side.
What you bring
For this position, what matters most is your attitude towards work, willingness to learn, and sense of responsibility in your daily tasks.

We expect you to have:

• A high school diploma.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• A responsible approach to work and the ability to follow procedures.
• Willingness to work in three shifts.
• A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.

No previous work experience is required. What matters to us is that you're motivated to learn and ready to become part of our team.

What we offer

• Starting fixed salary of €750.
• Performance bonuses of up to €250.
• Permanent employment contract.
• Private health insurance from your first day.
• Free lunch every working day.
• FitPass membership after three months of employment.
• Career advancement opportunities.
• Paid training that provides you with everything you need to succeed in your role.
• Young colleagues and a relaxed working atmosphere.
• Scheduled breaks during working hours.
• Work in a modern studio in New Belgrade.
• Professional makeup and hairstyling in line with the requirements of on-camera studio work.
