CRM / Retention Manager

We are looking for a hands-on CRM / Retention specialist, not a pure copywriter or technical Email Marketing specialist. You should be able to independently manage the full cycle: segmentation → offer → copy → flow → launch → analytics → optimization.
We are looking for a CRM / Retention Manager to join an international online product.

Responsibilities

Create and write Email & SMS campaigns independently
Build Welcome, Retention, Reactivation / Win-back and VIP flows
Segment users by behavior and lifecycle stage
Work with both existing and cold / external audiences
Develop offers, promotions and engagement mechanics
Build and optimize automated customer journeys
Run A/B tests of copy, offers, CTAs, timing and sequences
Analyze Conversion, Retention, Reactivation, Revenue and other CRM metrics
Monitor competitors and identify new CRM opportunities
Work with Marketing, Performance Marketing and Product teams

Requirements

1+ year of hands-on CRM / Retention / Lifecycle / Email & SMS experience
Experience with both existing and cold audiences
Experience building automated flows / journeys
Ability to independently write strong Email & SMS copy
Strong written English — B2+ minimum
Experience with segmentation and A/B testing
Data-driven approach and good analytical skills
Experience with Braze, Klaviyo, Iterable, Optimove, Customer.io or similar platforms
High level of independence and initiative
Will be a plus
iGaming experience
Experience with the US market
VIP / high-value customer retention
Promotional mechanics and offers
Large customer databases
Performance Marketing / Traffic Acquisition
Candidates should be ready to provide examples of Email/SMS they personally wrote and flows / journeys they built.
