Casino Manager

BettingJobs is partnering with a fast-growing iGaming operator to appoint a Casino Manager who will take full ownership of its online casino vertical. The business operates across regulated international markets and is growing. This is a high-impact, hybrid role based in Malta, with real influence over casino product strategy, the game portfolio and overall commercial performance.
You'll drive casino performance end to end. That means shaping the game offering, working closely with leading game providers, and partnering with Marketing and CRM on campaigns that keep players engaged. The role would suit a commercially minded casino specialist who is ready to own a vertical and wants to see the direct results of their decisions, in a collaborative team where ideas are valued.

Responsibilities:

• Own casino product performance against revenue, retention and engagement targets
• Optimise the game portfolio using player behaviour, game data and industry trends
• Manage game provider relationships, including new releases, promotions, commercial discussions and operational matters
• Partner with Marketing and CRM to deliver casino campaigns, tournaments and promotions
• Analyse turnover, revenue, retention and game performance, and turn the data into actionable insight

Requirements:

• Experience as a Casino Manager, Casino Executive, Casino Specialist or in a similar iGaming role
• Strong understanding of online casino operations, game portfolio management and promotional planning
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience working in regulated gaming markets
• German market experience is a strong advantage
