SpinHire Data Desk

SpinHire's data editorial team. Every day we count open iGaming jobs across 547 companies, maintain a directory of 69 professions and a salary index by country. We write only about what we see in the database and in public regulator registers.

What we check before publishing

Numbers: recomputed from the open API on the snapshot date, which is stated in the text. Law and tax: linked to the primary source. Pay: ranges from job ads, not hearsay; where fewer than five ads state a range, we label it a SpinHire benchmark.

How we calculate salaries

A seniority band merges the ranges published over 90 days for the role and region, converted to euros per month gross: annual figures are divided by 12, take-home ranges are multiplied by a country coefficient. The median is the midpoint of the band while the sample is under ten ads.

Regional scales: Malta and Cyprus; Poland, Romania and the Baltics; remote with hubs in Tbilisi, Yerevan and Kyiv. Bonuses, options and crypto payouts are not part of the band.

What we don't do

We don't publish CV counts or candidates' personal data. We don't recommend operators or rate casino fairness. We don't take jobs or CVs from Russia. We don't rewrite employers' job descriptions; the link always leads to the source.
