Lead Project Manager (iGaming / GameDev)

We are looking for an experienced Lead Project Manager to oversee project delivery, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure successful execution of product and development initiatives in the iGaming or GameDev industry.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple projects from planning to delivery;
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, QA, and stakeholders;
• Define project scope, timelines, priorities, and deliverables;
• Monitor project progress, risks, resources, and KPIs;
• Improve project management processes and ensure efficient team collaboration;
• Communicate with stakeholders and provide regular project updates.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager or Lead Project Manager in iGaming or GameDev;
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects;
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools;
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to manage priorities, deadlines, and multiple projects simultaneously;
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher.
