Responsibilities

Develop and manage pools of Reddit and other UGC accounts;
Warm up accounts and maintain their activity;
Place links and comments under SEO content;
Analyze competitors' backlink profiles;
Identify effective platforms and link placement strategies;
Work with Reddit, Quora, Medium and niche forums;
Test new tools and traffic sources;
Analyze test results and scale successful approaches;
Monitor link survival;
Maintain detailed reporting in Google Sheets.

Requirements

Proven experience managing Reddit accounts long-term;
Strong understanding of karma, account age, activity history and subreddit reputation;
Knowledge of moderation rules, AutoMod, shadowbans and ban evasion;
Ability to maintain accounts for the long term;
Fluent written English and natural writing style
Fluent Ukrainian;
Confident experience with anti-detect browsers and mobile/residential proxies;
Experience with Ahrefs / Semrush for backlink profile analysis;
Strong Google Sheets / Excel skills;
Reddit Ads, automation, API or no-code experience is a plus.
