Senior Commercial Leadership

Join our client as a Senior Commercial Leadership role in Malta, on-site and set to shape the next phase of growth in the iGaming affiliate space. You’ll own the commercial strategy for a large operator portfolio, mentor an Account Management leadership team, and partner with executive leaders to drive revenue and expand partnerships. You are a confident strategist who can balance data, negotiation, and people leadership, delivering measurable value across regions. You will report to the Chief Commercial Officer and work closely with product, marketing and operations to align plans and execution. This is an on-site role in Malta with significant influence across the business. Develop and execute the commercial strategy for a global operator portfolio. Lead, mentor, and grow the Account Management leadership team. Drive revenue growth through partnerships, optimisation, and contract negotiation. Build and strengthen executive-level relationships with key partners. Identify new commercial opportunities across existing and emerging markets. Define performance metrics and operational best practices for the function. Extensive iGaming leadership experience, in affiliates or operator environments. Proven success leading senior commercial, partnerships, or account management teams. Strong negotiation skills with executive stakeholders. Data-driven, able to translate analytics into action. Willingness to relocate to Malta; visa relocation support available if needed.
