Data Analyst

We're Hiring: Data Analyst — Product & Marketing Analytics | Remote
We're looking for a hands-on Data Analyst to help drive product and marketing decisions for a B2C iGaming business.
This role combines product analytics, marketing performance, unit economics and data reliability. We're looking for someone who can work independently with raw transactional data, build reliable reporting from scratch, and turn analysis into clear business recommendations.

What you'll do

• Own weekly reporting across GEOs, including registrations, FTDs, deposits, withdrawals, GGR/NGR, bonus rate and active players.
• Analyse acquisition sources, affiliate caps, FTD cost, LTV and cohort-based traffic payback.
• Evaluate bonus and CRM campaign economics, including A/B tests and control-group analysis.
• Work with event and historical data across Kafka, ClickHouse and Athena/S3.
• Build and maintain Grafana dashboards and monitoring.
• Reconcile internal metrics with platform reports, investigate discrepancies and validate data completeness.
• Present actionable recommendations to Product and leadership: what to scale, optimise or stop, and what impact to expect.

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of experience in product or marketing analytics in a B2C business.
• Strong SQL skills, including complex queries, window functions, cohort analysis and query optimisation.
• Hands-on experience working with raw event and transaction data and building reporting from scratch.
• Practical experience with ClickHouse, Athena/S3, Kafka and Grafana.
• Strong understanding of unit economics, LTV, retention, acquisition cost and bonus economics.
• Working knowledge of Python/pandas for data processing and automation.
• Ability to communicate findings clearly and translate data into business decisions.

Experience in iGaming or betting is a strong plus, particularly familiarity with GGR, NGR, bonus rate and the registration → first deposit → repeat deposit funnel. Candidates from fintech, e-commerce and mobile gaming with relevant transactional analytics experience are also welcome.
