Affiliate Manager (Middle / Senior) - iGaming CPA Network

The opportunity
Join an international iGaming CPA network and grow the partner side of the business. You will work with affiliate teams, webmasters, and other traffic partners: helping them find the right offers, launch campaigns smoothly, and scale traffic that performs for both the partner and the advertiser.
This role is focused on partner growth and traffic quality. You will work closely with the advertiser-side business development team, but your core responsibility is building productive affiliate relationships.
About the network
The network connects iGaming advertisers with performance partners. Priority markets include Latin America, Asia, MENA, and Africa, with a focus on Tier 2 and Tier 3 opportunities. You will have room to develop your own partner portfolio and contribute to which offers and GEOs the network prioritizes.
What you will own

• Source, qualify, onboard, and develop affiliate teams, webmasters, and other relevant traffic partners.
• Learn each partner's traffic mix, GEOs, commercial expectations, and scaling potential.
• Match partners with suitable offers and communicate the conditions, restrictions, and tracking setup clearly.
• Negotiate CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid terms in line with partner potential and campaign economics.
• Support launches, monitor traffic quality, and identify opportunities to improve conversion and partner performance.
• Review campaign data, spot risks early, and coordinate solutions with advertisers and internal teams.
• Maintain reliable partner communication, account plans, and performance updates.

What makes this role interesting
You will own relationships that directly influence the network's traffic volume and quality. You can shape partner development in priority markets, work across multiple offers, and build long-term relationships rather than simply pass leads between teams. The role is remote and includes a performance-based bonus; the bonus framework can be discussed during the hiring process.
What you bring

• 2+ years of affiliate management experience for a Middle profile, or 3+ years for a Senior profile, preferably in iGaming or a CPA network.
• Understanding of affiliate traffic sources, partner economics, and the factors that affect traffic quality.
• Experience negotiating and working with CPA, RevShare, or Hybrid deals.
• Confidence discussing performance data and using it to recommend next steps to a partner.
• Strong relationship management and follow-through across a portfolio of active partners.
• Working English for day-to-day communication with international partners.
• Experience on the operator side, an established partner network in priority GEOs, or hands-on use of Affise, Everflow, HasOffers, or a comparable platform is a plus.
