Your responsibilities
Host and deal live casino games in Korean, following game rules and studio procedures.
Engage with online players through clear, friendly and professional communication.
Maintain accuracy, fairness and high presentation standards throughout every game.
Follow departmental quality standards and complete the required quality checks.
Report incidents, technical issues or unusual activity involving tables, gaming areas, player chats or colleagues to the Pit Boss.
Take part in table promotions and internal or external media campaigns as required.
Keep your immediate work area clean and organised, and follow uniform and appearance standards.
Continue developing your game knowledge and presentation skills through training and feedback.
Support the team with other reasonable duties related to studio operations.

What we’re looking for
Fluent Korean and conversational English at B1 level or above.
A friendly, confident personality and willingness to present live on camera.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A reliable team player who enjoys working in a multicultural environment.
Attention to detail and a professional approach to your work.
A willingness to learn, receive feedback and develop new skills.
Previous experience is not required — we will provide training through our in-house Academy.
