We are looking for an Affiliate Manager

Requirements

2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing within iGaming, with a proven track record of partner scaling
Exception: candidates with a large existing partner portfolio that is relevant to the company
Deep understanding of key metrics: FD / RD / R2D / LTV / Churn
Strong knowledge of analytics tools, including Tableau, affiliate platforms, and experience with predictive models (optional)
Experience independently representing an affiliate program at industry conferences; understanding of regulatory requirements across key GEOs
Personal success cases where the candidate played a key role in achieving the results
Existing personal partner network across Tier 2–3 GEOs

Responsibilities

Managing and developing key and most profitable partners
Attracting strong partners and strategic traffic sources
Handling complex negotiations and individual partnership terms
In-depth traffic performance analysis and scaling profitable campaigns
Advanced experience with CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid models
Expert-level anti-fraud control and handling non-standard traffic
Launching and developing new GEOs and acquisition channels
Working with large media buying teams and complex cases
Supporting Middle/Junior Managers with complex issues upon Team Lead’s request
Strong expertise in iGaming and consistent KPI achievement under high-pressure conditions
