Experience in international law, tax planning, licensing from 3 years;
Experience in a management position - from 1 year;
Deep knowledge of AML, KYC, GDPR and other relevant regulatory acts;
Experience in registering and supporting legal entities in different jurisdictions;
Ability to work in an international legal environment; - English proficiency at a level not lower than Upper-Intermediate;
Proficiency in project and team management tools.
Responsibilities:
Work with contracts (internal and external):
preparation and correction of drafts, coordination of amendments with partners and contractors;
interaction with partners and counterparties to substantiate and defend the company's positions on contractual terms and other legal aspects.
International structuring:
comprehensive analysis and selection of the optimal jurisdiction for the implementation of the company's projects;
participation in tax optimization processes, including analysis and application of international agreements and local tax regimes;
management of the process of registering legal entities in different jurisdictions;
support for the processes of opening corporate accounts in banks and payment systems;
analysis of international legislation in key areas for the project (MICA, CESOP, CRS, etc.), adaptation of projects to the requirements of regulators;
development and adaptation of internal and external policies for the company's website (Terms of Use, Cookie Policy, Privacy Policy).
Licensing:
determination of the need and selection of the optimal license for the project's activities.
organization of the process of obtaining financial and other types of licenses that meet the specifics of the project's activities;
study and analysis of regulatory requirements for licensed companies;
implementation and monitoring of compliance with regulatory requirements, including the development and updating of policies, regulations, instructions, as well as risk management systems;
Legal consulting:
providing qualified legal advice on individual cases and private issues arising during the implementation of projects;
developing legally sound decisions and recommendations aimed at minimizing risks and protecting the interests of the company;
maintaining an up-to-date level of knowledge in the field of international and local legislation regulating the company's activities;
organizing and managing the work of the legal department: planning, organizing and monitoring all work processes.
