Compliance Manager - 1 Year Contract

We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, and proactive Compliance Manager for a 1-year contract (Maternity Cover) with a company providing managed services to a few select clients within the iGaming Industry.
Reporting directly to the Director of Compliance, the successful candidate will enjoy a largely independent role, with a salary of €60-65K + benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
Provide support to the company’s clients with all aspects of regulatory and technical compliance, e.g.

• Conduct due diligence and EDD
• Draft internal policies and procedures
• Compile & maintain risk assessments, incl AML/CFT risks
• Conduct risk assessments of B2B relationships and B2B third party relationships
• Monitor client compliance with existing licenses
• Stay updated on any changes in regulatory requirements in the jurisdictions where the companies operate and hold licenses
• Advise on regulatory and licensing changes
• Manage reporting requirements related to the maintenance of existing licenses
• Assist with the preparation and submission of applications for new licenses in regulated jurisdictions
• Research new regulated markets on behalf of clients, making recommendations on new license opportunities
• Support & guide internal stakeholders on compliance-related matters

Skills, Education & Experience

• Law / Business or equivalent degree
• ICA, CAMS or other certificates in regulatory and AML compliance
• Courses / Certificates / Diplomas in Compliance related to iGaming
• Several years’ of working in a similar role
• Experience of working with iGaming compliance regulations
• In-depth understanding of iGaming (internet gambling) regulations, including technical requirements, AML/CFT and Responsible Gambling
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
