Responsibilities
Developing the Retention strategy for the new platform and approaches to managing the full player lifecycle: onboarding, activation, retention, churn, and reactivation.
Building the Retention team from scratch: defining the structure, roles, areas of responsibility, and required resources.
Ensuring Retention readiness for the first B2C products in IN+BD / ARG: CRM, player lifecycle, segmentation, promotions, bonuses, VIP, and analytics.
Developing the bonus policy and economics: Bonus Cost, segmentation and personalization rules for offers, and evaluation of launched campaigns.
Developing the VIP model: segmentation, lifecycle, bonus/cashback policy, and retention of the VIP segment.
Defining Retention requirements for the development of the new platform and building the Retention Product Roadmap together with Product/Tech.
Identifying missing Retention tools and required external solutions based on the Build / Buy / Integrate approach.
Developing a Retention framework for B2B products: core capabilities, brand/GEO-level configurations, and requirements for future self-service.
Building a Retention analytics system, KPIs, cohort analysis, and an experimentation approach: hypothesis validation, A/B testing, etc.
Automating processes and building a scalable model that enables the launch of new products and GEOs without proportional team growth.
Building and optimizing end-to-end funnels together with Traffic: Traffic → Reg → FD → repeat deposits → Retention → VIP; identifying drop-off points and developing initiatives to improve conversion at each stage.
Evaluating the quality and effectiveness of acquired traffic through players' further behavior: conversions, Retention, Deposits, NGR, ROI; jointly with Traffic, developing decisions on optimizing and scaling individual sources/partners.
Jointly with Traffic, planning acquisition volumes and setting traffic targets for global events, major promotions, and marketing activities, taking into account the required volume of new players, subsequent conversion, and expected cohort economics.
Defining requirements for the user funnel for global events: acquisition → offer/landing page → registration → FD → activation → Retention, with control over conversion between stages and the subsequent quality of acquired players.
Evaluating the effectiveness of sponsorships, ambassadors, and major brand activities in terms of their conversion into registrations, FD, active and retained players; jointly with Traffic/Marketing, developing mechanics to convert the acquired audience into Retention.
Developing dedicated funnels (onboarding, promotions, activation through specific mechanics) for audiences acquired through sponsorships, ambassadors, and global marketing events, with the goal of maximizing Retention and LTV.
