Job Description
This is a hybrid role.
As a Risk Associate you will work in the in the Risk team at Entain. The team's overarching aim is to catch and prevent fraud at our gaming websites, take care of KYC related queries and ensure that the team strictly follows all the GDPR and regulation requirements.
Salary range for this role, based on experience level is 1400 Euros a month

You Will:

• Maintain agreed service levels for the respective label(s)
• Communicate with players on account-related issues, resolving problems and ensuring high levels of customer care
• Ensure we are compliant with the GDPR and all market-specific regulatory requirements
• Assist AFC, CDD, Player Protection and other Teams around KYC and Fraud/Risk issues
• Create SENs when translation and document clarification are needed, and participate in the process.
• Handle customer documents as part of the KYC or risk prevention flow
• Provide expertise & collect examples for the Documents Library
• Review customer withdrawals within the agreed time frames
• Perform overall review of accounts as part of withdrawal approval and fraud prevention procedures
• Analyze customer deposits and account categories to prevent fraud, correct errors and resolve problems
• Suggest improvements to procedures, in the interests of fraud prevention and customer care
• Investigate financial irregularities on accounts
• Work with colleagues in other departments to resolve account-related issues and prevent fraud
• Help maintain quality control and customer care through analysis of player contact
• Investigate risk issues relating to third-party processors
• Check gaming history.

Qualifications

You Have:

• Sound knowledge of the different aspects of Risk work including Online Payments or Financial Services knowledge
• Identify subtle fraud and abuse patterns
• experience with fraud analysis and investigations
• Fluent in English and French language at a business level
