Head of UGC Network\Marketplace

About the Role

We are looking for an entrepreneurial leader to build and scale a creator-driven content distribution business within the UGC and digital marketing industry.
You will own business development, revenue growth, operational efficiency, and the development of a scalable marketplace connecting brands with content creators.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development: Acquire B2B clients, lead negotiations, close deals, and build long-term partnerships.
Marketplace Development: Validate the business model, define monetization strategies, and collaborate with product and engineering teams.
Creator Network Growth: Scale an international network of creators, managing recruitment, onboarding, quality control, and retention.
Operations: Build scalable workflows, automate processes, and establish performance standards.
Financial Management: Own P&L, optimize unit economics, and ensure sustainable profitability.
Team Leadership: Build and manage a remote team focused on growth and operational excellence.

Requirements

2+ years of experience managing revenue, profitability, and P&L.
Proven B2B sales experience in digital marketing, UGC, or content services.
Experience managing large distributed teams or contractor networks.
Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
Ability to analyze financial metrics and optimize unit economics.
Business-level English (B2+).
Hands-on experience with AI tools and workflow automation.
Entrepreneurial mindset and proven ability to scale early-stage businesses.

Nice to Have

Experience launching a marketplace from scratch.
Background in influencer marketing, creator platforms, or digital agencies.
Experience with international teams and contractor payment systems.
