Dutch Speaking Customer Experience Agent

BettingJobs is working with a long-standing, and successful iGaming operator is looking to expand is customer experience team in Malta. They are looking for a Dutch Speaking Customer Experience Agent to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer support via phone, live chat, and email.
• Manage and resolve complex customer queries from initial contact through to resolution.
• Review and approve customer withdrawal requests.
• Process and verify KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation in accordance with company procedures.
• Conduct security and compliance checks to protect customers and the business.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account activities.
• Support the wider team by undertaking relevant ad hoc tasks and projects as required.

Requirements:

• Fluent written and spoken Dutch and English.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Comfortable working on a shift-based schedule, including occasional night shifts.
• Interest in leveraging AI tools and technology to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team environment.
• Previous customer service experience is desirable but not essential.
