Contracts Manager

The role involves day-to-day legal support of the business, contract work, regulatory matters, and cooperation with compliance, finance, payments, marketing, and management teams.

Responsibilities

• Draft and review commercial agreements, including PSP, payment, provider, affiliate, marketing, services, and NDA agreements.
• Support the company with Anjouan licence and regulatory matters.
• Review and update Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, AML/KYC, Responsible Gambling, and other website policies.
• Assist with compliance and due diligence requests from banks, PSPs, and other partners.
• Research gambling regulations and restrictions in different jurisdictions.
• Support corporate and operational legal matters.
• Handle legal questions related to payments, players, marketing, and business operations.
• Coordinate with external lawyers, regulators, and service providers when needed.

Requirements

Law degree.
1–3 years of legal experience.
Experience with commercial contracts.
Good written and spoken English.
Practical and business-oriented approach.
