Cage Supervisor

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Safeguard company assets. 2. Monitor, supervise, and observe operations of Cage. 3. Schedules personnel on an assigned shift to best serve the customer. 4. Knowledge of and adherence to Horseshoe Casino internal controls, policies, and procedures. 5. Performs the functions and duties of Cage Cashier & Caesars Reward Representative, Cashier Main Banker or NRT Drop Cashier when business needs dictate. 6. Review and investigate overages and shortages that occur. 7. Oversee for the accurate completion of all shift work (ex. Fills, Credits, Jackpots, Marker Issuances, Marker Redemptions, Even Exchanges, etc.). 8. Authority to create cashier generated tickets. 9. Implements and ensures compliance with company policies, procedures, and gaming regulatory requirements. 10.
