Cashier Cage Shift Manager

Reporting to the Casino Operations Controller, the Cage Manager directs the cashiering area in a manner that safeguards the assets of the company. This position interacts extensively with Guests as well as Collections, Cashier and Regulatory Compliance Departments as well as with Casino Hosts, and Total Rewards personnel. - Manages and directs the day-to-day operations of Cage including safeguarding assets.  - Guides and instructs Cage Team Members in the proper performance of their duties.  - Plans, develops, and implements revised procedures to improve the efficiency and profitability of assigned areas.  - Management of cashiering variance policy and subsequent disciplinary measures  - Provides labor analysis and ensures efficient utilization based upon business needs.  - Integrates customer satisfaction strategy through anticipation of customer needs and service offerings.  - Ensures training and compliance with regulatory and safety standards.  ...
