Sales Manager

We are looking for a Sales Manager to communicate with potential clients by phone, guide them through the sales process, and directly influence their results.

What you’ll do:

Communicate with potential clients via phone;
Work with a warm customer database;
Identify customer needs and present relevant products;
Guide clients through the sales process and increase conversion;
Handle objections and find the right approach to each client;
Achieve individual KPIs and sales targets;
Maintain accurate customer information in internal systems.

What we’re looking for:

At least 6 months of experience in Sales;
Experience in B2C sales will be a plus;
Understanding of the sales process;
Strong communication and negotiation skills;
Ability to handle objections and focus on results;
Comfortable working with KPIs and sales targets;
Fluent Ukrainian and Russian;
English will be an advantage;
Motivation to learn, grow, and develop in Sales.
