Marketing Manager

BettingJobs is working with a new service provider within the iGaming industry who are looking for a Marketing Manager to join their team based in Colombo.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies for Thailand and Vietnam, tailored to local legal, regulatory, and cultural requirements, with a focus on grey-market/offshore-licensed operations.
• Monitor regulatory changes and platform advertising restrictions, ensuring campaigns remain compliant and aligned with brand standards.
• Collaborate with legal, compliance, product, analytics, and customer support teams to deliver effective, risk-aware marketing initiatives.
• Plan and optimize multi-channel acquisition campaigns across SEO/SEM, social media, influencer, affiliate, native, push/pop, and community platforms including LINE, Facebook, Zalo, TikTok, YouTube, and Telegram.
• Manage affiliate and influencer partnerships, driving acquisition through private networks and community-based marketing while monitoring performance and compliance.
• Develop CRM, loyalty, and retention strategies to maximize player lifetime value through personalized communications and engagement initiatives.
• Lead A/B and multivariate testing to improve campaign performance and conversion rates.
• Localize global brand messaging and creative assets for Thai and Vietnamese audiences, overseeing translation, content adaptation, and creative production.
• Analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Tableau, tracking KPIs, ROI, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage marketing budgets and coordinate with external agencies, localization partners, and payment providers to maximize efficiency and market impact.

Requirements:

• SEO/SEM, paid and organic social, influencer and affiliate marketing, mobile-first content strategy
• LINE, Facebook, Zalo, TikTok, YouTube, Telegram, and emerging channels
• Campaign performance analysis, player segmentation, A/B testing, KPI tracking
• Efficient allocation and ROI optimization
• Sourcing, negotiating, and optimizing partnerships
• Advanced copywriting and creative adaptation in Thai and Vietnamese; cultural sensitivity
• Navigating advertising restrictions, AML, and responsible gambling best practices
• Understanding of football, Muay Thai, esports, casino games, and local betting preferences
• Experience with online forums, VIP groups, and private communities
