Head of Growth

BettingJobs is partnering with a rapidly expanding crypto casino start-up seeking a dynamic Head of Growth to elevate the brand to the next level.
The Head of Growth will play a pivotal role within the organisation, enjoying true autonomy, substantial marketing resources, and the opportunity to drive significant business success.
This position is ideal for an experienced Growth Marketing professional who has successfully guided a start-up from initial traction to substantial scale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute growth strategy across multiple channels
• Drive customer acquisition: paid, organic, creators, affiliates, partnerships, communities, new channels
• Manage analytics: CAC, LTV, retention, cohort performance, ROI
• Run rapid growth experiments and iterate
• Own marketing budgets and capital allocation
• Manage and develop marketing team; hire new talent when needed
• Collaborate with product/engineering on conversion, retention, referral, growth
• Identify new audiences, geographies, and scalable distribution channels
• Build scalable, repeatable acquisition engines

Requirements:

• Proven experience scaling growth or marketing in startups
• High agency, independent, hands-on
• Analytical and creative thinker
• Strong with CAC, LTV, retention, attribution
• Experience building scalable acquisition channels
• Comfortable managing lean teams
• Deep understanding of internet culture and modern distribution
