Location: Prague, Czech Republic — Office-based
Salary: Up to $2,500 + tax coverage
Insurance: Health & social insurance provided by the company
Schedule: 5/2, 15:00–00:00 Prague time
Days off: Flexible, depending on workload. Weekends may be working days, with days off provided during the week.
Breaks: 1-hour lunch + 3 × 15-minute breaks
Experience: 1+ year in iGaming / Online Casino
Location requirement: Candidates must already be based in Prague
🔍 About the Role
We are looking for a Casino Risk & Fraud Manager to join our team and take responsibility for monitoring player activity, identifying potential risks, and preventing fraudulent or abnormal behavior within the casino.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
— Monitor player behavior and identify suspicious patterns
— Review large wins and redemptions
— Detect game exploits, bugs, and abnormal game behavior
— Identify fraud, multi-accounting, and bonus abuse
— Monitor payment risks and analyze chargebacks
— Handle KYC, Risk, and Compliance cases
— Work with casino aggregators and game providers on disputed rounds
— Create and configure risk rules, alerts, and monitoring processes
— Prepare weekly risk reports
— Analyze new games before and after launch
— Assist with casino content categorization
— Identify potential risks and suspicious player activity
✅ Requirements
— 1+ year of experience in iGaming / Online Casino
— Experience in traditional Online Casino is also relevant; Sweepstakes experience is not required
— Strong understanding of player behavior and methods of identifying suspicious activity
— Practical knowledge of Fraud, Multi-accounting, and Bonus Abuse
— Understanding of Payment Risk and Chargebacks
— Experience handling KYC / Risk / Compliance cases
— Understanding of casino aggregators and game providers
— Experience with or strong understanding of disputed rounds
— Ability to analyze large wins and unusual player behavior
— Understanding of risk rules, alerts, and monitoring processes
— English: B2 or higher
