Recruitment Team Lead

A company with Taboola Premium Partner status and 300M+ users seeks a Recruitment Team Lead with a focus on media buyer executive search.
Main Responsibilities

• Managing the full recruitment cycle
• Managing a team of recruiters
• Hands-on recruitment and executive search
• Ensuring transparency and predictability in recruitment based on analytics
• Building and continuously updating a high-quality, ‘warm’ talent pool
• Market analytics: salaries, EVP, competitive analysis of teams
• Budgeting (plans, allocates and is responsible for cash efficiency)
• Cross-functional collaboration with hiring managers

Mandatory Requirements

Must have:

• At least 2 years’ experience in a Recruitment Team Lead / Head of Recruitment role (managing at least 3 recruiters)
• At least 2 years’ experience in media buying teams (with at least 1 year’s continuous service within a single team)
• Independent recruitment of media buyers (industry sector not essential)
• At least 5 years’ experience in recruitment
• Experience with reporting and metrics
• Experience with alternative candidate sourcing channels (not limited to LinkedIn and Telegram groups)
• Experience in optimising recruitment processes (it is not essential that they implement these independently)

Nice to have:

• Experience in international recruitment
• Experience in headhunting media buyers, team leads, headhunting and media buying teams
• Strong networking within the industry
• An active database of media buyers
