Head of Risk and Anti-Fraud

We are looking for a strategic and proven Head of Risk & Anti-Fraud to own and lead our overall risk management strategy. In this high-impact executive role reporting directly to C-level, you will safeguard our proprietary iGaming platform and optimize business growth across high-velocity Tier-1 markets.
🌐 What You Will Do
Architect and execute the company-wide Anti-Fraud, Risk, and KYC/AML strategy from scratch.
Build, scale, and mentor a high-performing Risk & Anti-Fraud team.
Protect marketing and promotional budgets by designing proactive mechanisms to prevent bonus abuse and affiliate exploitation.
Lead vendor evaluation, contract negotiations, and integration of cutting-edge anti-fraud technologies, ML tools, and automated detection systems.
Define risk appetite, budget allocation, and mathematical risk monitoring models for C-level executives.
Collaborate with Product, Legal, Finance, and Marketing to balance strict risk controls with conversion rates and player LTV.
📊 What We Expect From You
6+ years of total experience in iGaming Risk Management & Anti-Fraud (Tier-1 market focus).
3+ years in a managerial role (Head / Lead / Manager) building teams and operational workflows from scratch.
Proven track record in selecting and integrating enterprise risk & KYC ecosystems (Sumsub, SEON, Accertify, etc.) and BI platforms.
Strategic understanding of international iGaming licensing frameworks, regulatory compliance, and AML/CFT laws.
Strong leadership, executive communication, and analytical mindset.
Fluent English (B1+ level).
