Finance Administrator

Our client, a leading eSports and online gaming provider, is looking for a Finance Administrator to join the Finance Department on-site in South Africa. You will process player payments, manage account transactions, and help keep financial records accurate and efficient in a fast-paced environment. While you work on-site, you will collaborate with teams across Customer Support and Compliance to maintain smooth payment processing and strong controls. Process and approve player deposits and withdrawals accurately and within prescribed turnaround times. Load, reconcile, and maintain player account balances in accordance with company procedures. Monitor daily payment transactions and investigate discrepancies or irregular activity. Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, regulatory requirements, and anti-money laundering procedures. Maintain accurate financial records and assist with daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations. Liaise with Customer Support, Compliance, and other internal departments to resolve payment-related queries. Assist with reporting, audits, and other finance-related administrative functions.
