Technical Learning and Development Manager

The Technical L&D Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing impactful learning and development initiatives that support BET’s talent strategy, with a specific focus on graduate development, early talent pipelines, developing and enhancing technical skills and learnings across all additional levels
Working in close partnership with the BET People Team, this role ensures that all learning interventions are aligned to business priorities, people strategies, and workforce planning objectives. The role acts as a key interface between Star Factory and BET, ensuring programmes deliver measurable value while continuously evolving to enhance learner experience and organisational outcomes.
