About the Project
We are launching a new iGaming business with an initial focus on online casino, followed by betting expansion and a multi-brand strategy.
The project has a private investor, a three-year development strategy and an existing financial model. Ukraine is the primary target market, with further European expansion to be evaluated after launch.
The business will operate on a third-party platform. A CTO, Head of Legal, CMO and marketing team are already in place.
We are looking for a COO to build the operating model, coordinate launch preparation and establish the processes required for efficient growth.
Key Responsibilities
Build the company’s operating model, workflows and management processes from the ground up.
Turn business objectives into operational plans, responsibilities and delivery milestones.
Coordinate launch preparation across product, technology, marketing, legal and other functions.
Work with the CTO and platform provider to ensure operational readiness.
Identify staffing needs, recruit key teams and organize their work.
Establish operational KPIs, reporting routines and performance reviews.
Ensure effective collaboration between acquisition, retention, payments and player-facing functions.
Identify operational bottlenecks, revenue leakage and unnecessary costs, and implement improvements.
Prepare processes and teams for new markets, betting expansion and additional brands.
Provide leadership and the investor with clear visibility into delivery, performance and risks.

Requirements

Proven operational leadership experience within an iGaming operator.
Experience launching or scaling an online casino and building processes at an early stage under Curacao or Anjouan license.
Strong understanding of casino operations, player journeys, retention, payments and platform dependencies.
Ability to coordinate multiple functions and manage delivery across teams and external partners.
Experience building teams, defining ownership and establishing performance standards.
Commercial and financial awareness, with the ability to connect operational decisions to business results.
A structured, practical approach to solving problems.
Concrete examples of operational improvements and measurable results.
