Art Lead/Art Director (iGaming)

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in commercial projects with a portfolio demonstrating exceptional Art Direction skills
Proven experience leading teams of Artists and Animators
Experience managing multiple projects and/or teams simultaneously
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including experience working with international clients
Fluent English (Upper-Intermediate or Advanced level)
Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, can-do attitude
Familiarity with animation principles; experience with Spine is a plus
Experience in online casino/gaming is a plus
Hands-on experience with AI tools as part of everyday work is a must

Responsibilities:

Lead the creative vision of projects, providing clear direction and constructive feedback to the team
Manage project timelines, estimates, budgets, and ensure high-quality delivery
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and Design
Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates and managing expectations
Mentor and support junior team members, fostering professional growth
