BettingJobs is working with a fast-growing games studio to appoint a Graphic Designer to own the visual output across the entire brand. This is a brand and marketing design role rather than in-game art: you won't be drawing slot symbols, you'll be the person making sure the brand shows up sharply everywhere it appears.
The role spans social, web, print, merch, events and client-facing materials, so it will suit a designer who is equally comfortable with a same-day social asset and a considered print run. It's a genuine ownership role in a startup-pace environment with real commercial impact across two growing studios, ideal for someone who wants to take briefs from concept to final asset without close supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Designing social content – carousels, single-image posts and platform-specific formats
- Creating banners and visual assets for blog and website pages
- Designing merch and apparel
- Event and experience design – invites, signage and printed materials through to physical activations and installations
- Owning design on client materials such as product sheets, roadmaps and monthly/quarterly reports
- Owning design on sales collateral including pitch decks and lead-facing assets
- Acting as the final checkpoint for every asset that goes out the door
- Maintaining brand consistency across print and digital
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' graphic design experience, ideally within iGaming, game studios or a similarly fast-moving consumer brand
- Confident owning projects independently from brief to final asset
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator; After Effects a plus)
- A portfolio showing range across social, print and brand/identity work
- Excellent instincts for typography, layout and colour, with the judgement to know when restraint works better
- Able to juggle multiple projects and turnarounds at once
- Desirable: 3D or spatial/activation design, merch and apparel work, live events or trade shows, and sales or client reporting collateral
