We are looking for a VIP Support Manager for a LATAM iGaming project, based in Latin America.

Tasks:

• Managing VIP and high-value players via WhatsApp and chat;
• Quickly resolving issues related to withdrawals, KYC, bonuses, payments, and complaints;
• Player retention, reactivation, trust, LTV growth, churn prevention, and delivering a highly personalized service to key clients.

Requirements:

• iGaming/paris sportifs experience;
• Strong communication and sales skills;
• English C1 required.
