This Malta-based, hybrid role brings together product and technology under one leadership to shape strategy, delivery, and responsible gaming across sportsbook, iGaming, and casino offerings. In this Chief Product & Technology Officer role, you will align business goals with technical delivery, build strong teams, and partner with stakeholders to grow a diversified portfolio. Responsibilities Lead the combined product and technology strategy, roadmaps, and delivery across sportsbook, iGaming, and casino offerings. Drive platform architecture, data strategy, security, privacy, risk controls, and regulatory compliance. Build and mentor cross-functional teams, foster collaboration across product, engineering, design, data, and security, and manage external partners. Shape go-to-market plans in collaboration with business leaders, retail network teams, and marketing, ensuring responsible gaming practices. Balance growth with governance, risk management, and operational excellence while embracing innovation, including Crypto/Web3 opportunities.
