Job Description
The role
As a Technical Support Coordinator, you will be the first technical point of contact for our operator partners. You will investigate and resolve issues and work closely with our development and integration teams. It is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving problems and wants to grow their technical skills in the iGaming industry.

Who you are

• Strong technical literacy, including the ability to read and understand API documentation.
• Experience in customer or technical support, ideally in a B2B.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• A methodical, well-organised approach, with the ability to document your work clearly.
• A calm, professional manner, including when dealing with urgent or high-pressure issues.
• A collaborative attitude: you share what you know and help your teammates.
• Experience in the online gambling industry, particularly casino or slots.
• Hands-on experience with operator or supplier back-office tools.
• Experience with Jira and helpdesk or ticketing tools.
• Familiarity with SQL, API testing tools or log analysis

Responsibilities

• This role provides extensive coverage. You will work 12-hour shifts on a

rotating roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.

• Be the first point of contact on the helpdesk, responding to partner queries

and incidents quickly and accurately.

• Investigate and troubleshoot technical issues, such as game rounds,

transactions and integrations. Escalate to internal teams where needed and
follow each case through to resolution.

• Act as the link between Evolution RNG and its operator partners, keeping

communication clear and timely.

• Write and maintain clear documentation, guidelines and processes for the

support function.

• Keep up to date with our games, products and integrations so you can give

informed, confident answers.

• Contribute to technical projects that improve the support function, and pass

partner feedback and feature requests on to the relevant teams.

Qualifications

Will be a plus if you:

• Have experience in the online gambling industry, particularly casino or slots.
• Have hands-on experience with operator or supplier back-office tools.
• Have experience with Jira and helpdesk or ticketing tools.
• Have familiarity with SQL, API tools or log analysis
