Jira Administrator

BettingJobs is hiring a proactive and technically adept Jira Administrator to join an established iGaming company in Limassol. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to manage and optimise Jira platforms that support high-performing teams in the iGaming sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer, configure, and customise Jira instances to meet business and project requirements
• Manage user permissions, workflows, schemes, and custom fields
• Integrate Jira with other tools and platforms (e.g., Confluence, Bitbucket)
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions
• Provide user support, training, and best practice guidance to teams
• Maintain system documentation and ensure compliance with company standards
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver enhancements
• Stay current with Jira updates and recommend improvements

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Jira Administrator in a technical or software development environment
• In-depth knowledge of Jira administration, configuration, and best practices
• Familiarity with Jira add-ons, integrations, and automation tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience supporting users and delivering training
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model based in Limassol
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Jira certification preferred)
