Integrations Specialist

• Manage end-to-end integrations with external iGaming providers, platforms and technology partners.
• Coordinate integrations across areas such as casino content, sportsbook, payment providers, aggregators, data services and other third-party systems.
• Act as the primary point of contact between internal technical teams and external partners during integration projects.
• Review API documentation, technical specifications and integration requirements.
• Support API, webhook and data-feed integrations.
• Coordinate configuration, testing, certification and production deployment.
• Work closely with developers and QA teams to identify and resolve technical issues during implementation.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and ensure problems are escalated to the appropriate teams when required.
• Monitor integration progress and communicate timelines, dependencies and potential risks to stakeholders.
• Ensure all required technical and operational information is collected before development begins.
• Support partners during sandbox, staging and production testing.
• Maintain clear integration documentation and implementation records.
• Coordinate go-live activities and provide post-launch support where required.
• Work closely with Product and Commercial teams when onboarding new providers or launching new products.
• Identify opportunities to improve and standardise integration processes.
• Support multiple integrations simultaneously while maintaining clear priorities and delivery timelines.

• Previous experience in an Integrations, Technical Account Management, Implementation, Technical Operations or similar role.
• Previous experience within the iGaming industry is highly preferred.
• Good understanding of APIs, RESTful services, JSON, webhooks and general system-to-system integrations.
• Comfortable reading and understanding technical documentation.
• Understanding of software development and QA/testing processes.
• Experience working with third-party technology providers or B2B partners.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical information for non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong organisational and project coordination skills.
• Comfortable managing several integrations or projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work effectively with Development, Product, QA, Operations and Commercial teams.
• Strong attention to detail and ownership mentality.
