About the specialist

I and Organizational Transformation • Design role transformation and reskilling programs, helping employees move into new technical functions—for example, from analyst to software developer or DevOPS to solution architect • Identify processes where AI can deliver measurable value and define the required architecture, integrations and controls. • Build production applications using cascaded LLM prompts and multi-stage workflows. • Design RAG solutions for semantic search, document analysis, information synthesis and knowledge retrieval across Russian- and English-language sources. • Develop computer vision applications for object recognition and behavioral analysis. • Evaluate local and self-hosted language models when privacy, data control or infrastructure independence is required. • Establish testing, human oversight and security controls, including protection against prompt injection and verification of AI-generated code. Responsibilities • Lead software development and IT service delivery. • Manage the full delivery lifecycle: client discovery, requirements, architecture, task decomposition, infrastructure, development oversight, acceptance testing and production release. • Ensure delivery commitments are met and oversee the active project portfolio. Key Achievements • Implemented a company-wide project management model covering 18 employees and approximately 120 external contractors at peak capacity. • Reduced the operating budget by 23% through remote work and outsourcing of non-core functions. • Built a remote workforce management model and a real-time operations management system. • Delivered 14 technology prototype projects for iOS and Android applications. • Reduced urgent team mobilization time from 3–5 working days to 5.5 hours.
