The Crown Is Yours
As a Player Development Executive, you’ll play a key role in growing and strengthening relationships with our VIP player base. You’ll drive net revenue through proactive sales strategies while delivering a high-touch experience that builds engagement and long-term loyalty. Working across teams, you’ll use customer insights and performance data to identify opportunities and deliver the signature VIP experience our players expect.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 88,400.00 USD - 110,500.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
