Portfolio Manager

The Portfolio Manager oversees a collection of projects (portfolio) aligned to the Foundation’s strategic priorities. This role ensures that all projects within the portfolio are delivered to scope, time, and budget while maintaining compliance with governance and MEL requirements. In addition to delivery, the Portfolio Manager is responsible for identifying, developing, and securing funding and partnerships to sustain and grow the portfolio. The Portfolio Manager provides strategic leadership, ensuring that the combined portfolio of projects contributes to measurable impact and hope.
