Russian Sales Manager - iGaming

BettingJobs is partnering with a fast-growing sports media and advertising specialist to hire a Sales Manager who will lead its expansion into Russian-speaking markets. The business combines data, creativity and its own in-house ad-tech to deliver measurable results for sports and iGaming brands worldwide. This hire will be central to its next phase of growth.
You'll own new client acquisition and partnership growth across Russian-speaking iGaming markets. You'll sell digital advertising solutions that span direct media buying, sponsorships and performance marketing. A senior business development leader will give you in-depth onboarding. It's a strong career move for a junior-to-mid sales or marketing professional who knows digital advertising and wants to progress quickly in a flat, ambitious team. The role is fully on-site in Vienna.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and win new clients across Russian-speaking markets
• Deliver strategic sales plans that drive revenue growth
• Present tailored advertising solutions, negotiate commercial terms and close high-value deals
• Build and nurture long-term client partnerships
• Represent the business at industry events, conferences and networking meetings
• Work closely with internal teams to make sure campaigns are delivered successfully

Requirements:

• Fluent in Russian and very good written and spoken English (essential)
• Solid grasp of digital advertising fundamentals: CPM, CPC, CPA, traffic sources and media buying
• Experience in a sales or marketing role, ideally within iGaming
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a real appetite to learn
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and events
• Based in Vienna, ideally with the existing right to work in Austria
