General Manager

BettingJobs is partnering with an ambitious, growth-focused iGaming business to appoint a General Manager. It's a senior leadership role with genuine ownership: you'll set the direction, drive commercial performance and shape the next phase of growth for a business that is serious about scaling.
As General Manager, you'll hold full accountability for the business's performance, leading teams across commercial, operations and product to deliver sustainable, profitable growth. You'll be based in a modern tech office, working closely with product and engineering teams in a fast-moving, innovation-led environment. The role suits a proven iGaming leader who is equally comfortable setting strategy and getting into the detail, and who wants real influence rather than a seat at the edge of the table.

Responsibilities:

• Own the strategy and P&L, setting clear commercial targets and delivering against them
• Lead and develop senior cross-functional teams, building a high-performance culture
• Drive growth through acquisition, retention and product initiatives
• Ensure operations meet regulatory and licence requirements in every market served
• Report on performance and strategy to the board and key stakeholders
• Find and pursue new market and partnership opportunities

Requirements:

• Senior leadership experience within iGaming or sports betting, ideally at GM or Head-of level
• Strong track record of P&L ownership and commercial growth
• Solid understanding of regulated markets and compliance obligations
• Proven ability to lead, motivate and scale diverse teams
• Strategic, data-led and decisive, with strong stakeholder management skills
