Product Management Lead

Responsibilities

Define and execute product strategies aligned with business objectives and long-term growth opportunities.
Lead, mentor, and develop Product Managers, fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Drive product roadmap planning, prioritization, and execution across multiple initiatives.
Establish effective product management processes and ensure alignment between business and technical teams.
Drive data-informed decision-making through product analytics, performance metrics, and experimentation.
Identify opportunities for product optimization based on customer insights, market trends, and competitive analysis.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities and deliver impactful product solutions.
Monitor product performance, identify potential risks, and drive improvements to achieve business goals.

Requirements

Proven experience in a Product Lead, Group Product Manager, Head of Product, or similar leadership role.
Strong background in product management within the iGaming industry.
Hands-on experience managing iGaming products or brands built on third-party B2B platform solutions.
Demonstrated experience leading, mentoring, and developing Product Managers.
Solid expertise in product strategy, roadmap planning, and prioritization.
Strong analytical skills with experience in product metrics, A/B testing, and hypothesis validation.
Experience managing cross-functional initiatives and aligning multiple stakeholders.
Ability to translate business objectives and customer needs into actionable product initiatives.
Strategic mindset combined with strong execution and problem-solving skills.
Proactive, results-oriented leadership style with excellent communication and decision-making abilities.
