Bingo Hall Manager

BettingJobs is working with a land-based gaming operator to appoint a Bingo Manager in Dublin. This role is a chance to bring that expertise to a market at the start of its regulatory journey, and to help shape how a hall operates under the new rules.
You will lead the day-to-day running of a busy bingo hall, from the gaming floor and customer experience through to compliance and commercial performance. You will also be a key voice in embedding new regulatory standards across the operation. The role suits a UK-based Bingo Manager or Assistant Bingo Manager who has worked under UKGC regulations and is ready to step up. Relocation to Dublin is required, so it would particularly suit someone excited by a move abroad and a fresh challenge.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all hall operations, including game sessions, staffing and customer service standards
• Lead, train and motivate the floor team to deliver an engaging, safe player experience
• Embed and maintain compliance with Ireland’s incoming gambling regulations, drawing on UKGC best practice
• Champion safer gambling, AML and social responsibility procedures across the hall
• Drive footfall, revenue and session performance through promotions and local engagement
• Manage cash handling, audits, reporting and operational controls

Requirements:

• Experience as a Bingo Hall Manager or Assistant Bingo Hall Manager in the UK
• Solid working knowledge of UKGC regulations, safer gambling and AML requirements
• Proven leadership of customer-facing teams in a regulated gaming environment
• Commercially minded, with a track record of driving hall performance
• Willing and able to relocate to Dublin
