Задачи:

— Работа с обращениями пользователей (на старте);
— Управление Support-командой и контроль качества;
— Разбор сложных и VIP-кейсов, улучшение процессов.

Требования:

— Опыт Team Lead / Supervisor от 6 month. в iGaming;
— Понимание KYC, платежей (депозиты/выводы) и бонусных механик;
— Свободный Russian + English (C1).

Условия:

— ЗП: до $2,000;
— График 5/2, плавающие смены (06:00–15:00, 14:00–23:00, 23:00–08:00);
— Готовность работать во всех сменах, включая ночные.
