Revenue Operations Coordinator

BettingJobs is working with a growing iGaming supplier to recruit a Revenue Operations Coordinator, sitting at the intersection of Finance and Commercial in a business scaling across multiple regulated markets. You'll own the monthly operator billing and revenue validation cycle and act as the go-to contact for commercial finance queries.
This is a strong entry point for someone early in their career who is confident with numbers, process-driven and comfortable working across Finance, Commercial, Account Management and BD as well as with external operators, aggregators and suppliers. Full training is provided on the systems side, with genuine scope to improve and automate the processes you own.

Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end monthly operator billing and revenue validation process, ensuring contractual terms are correctly applied and invoices issued accurately and on time
• Verify GGR, revenue share percentages, minimum guarantees and other commercial terms, maintaining operator-specific terms throughout the billing cycle
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies with Account Management ahead of invoicing, and prepare monthly reconciliation reports for Finance
• Maintain a billing tracker, process sales invoices in the accounting system and manage invoice approvals across operators, aggregators and third-party suppliers
• Monitor outstanding invoices and support timely collections and query resolution
• Support month-end close with billing schedules, reconciliations and revenue summaries
• Run operational checks on game configurations and bonus settings with Account Management and BD, flagging anomalies or risks in client activity
• Maintain organised records of agreements, approvals and supporting documentation for audit purposes
• Analyse operational metrics and produce reports and insights for senior management
• Identify opportunities to automate and improve billing, reconciliation and reporting workflows

Requirements:

• Finance or business background (degree or relevant experience)
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
• High attention to detail and a process-driven mindset
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask across teams
• Must be based in Malta
• Familiarity with accounting or billing systems, client-facing experience and an interest in iGaming are all advantageous but not essential
