About the role
We are looking for a Junior Games Coordinator to keep the game portfolio
across our brands accurate, up to date and working as it should. It is a
hands-on, detail-driven role — a good entry point into iGaming operations
for someone organised and methodical.
Responsibilities
- Upload new games to our brands' websites and configure them in the back office
- Maintain the game portfolio: types, categories, tags and settings
- Track new releases on provider websites, structure that information and keep our internal game file up to date
- Update slot categories and game settings in the back office and make sure the changes are reflected correctly on site
- Keep game references in bonus terms and conditions aligned with the current portfolio
- Contact game providers when a title is not working correctly or needs technical clarification, and follow the issue through to resolution
- Support the team with day-to-day game-related checks and requests
What we are looking for
- Good written English
- Strong attention to detail — this role is about accuracy, not speed
- Comfortable working in admin or back-office systems, and quick to pick up new tools
- A methodical approach to repetitive data work
- Confident communicating with external partners by email
- Working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
Nice to have
- Previous experience in iGaming — customer support, back office, content or product
- Familiarity with game providers and slot mechanics
- Additional languages
