Gaming Country Lead - Brazil and LATAM

As the Gaming Country Lead for LATAM, you will lead the Brazilian gaming operation, which represents the primary focus of the role, while providing oversight and support across other regulated markets in the region. A deep understanding of the Brazilian gaming market is essential, while knowledge of the Argentine and Peruvian markets would be advantageous.
Working closely with the Head of Gaming LATAM, you will help define the regional strategy and be responsible for its execution, translating business objectives into operational plans and measurable results. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on operational ownership, requiring strong collaboration with stakeholders to optimize product performance, enhance customer experience, and drive market growth.
Success in this role requires a passion for the online gaming industry, strong commercial awareness, and the ability to navigate complex regulatory environments while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

• Extensive knowledge of the Brazilian online gaming market, including player behavior, competitors, product trends, and market dynamics.
• Understanding of regulated LATAM markets, particularly Argentina and Peru, is advantageous.
• Proven experience in developing and executing commercial, product, or operational strategies.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable business recommendations.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders across Product, Marketing, Compliance, Technology, and Operations.
• Demonstrated ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on operational execution.
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong understanding of online casino, live casino, instant games, poker, and emerging gaming products.
• Up-to-date knowledge of the Brazilian regulatory landscape, including compliance and responsible gambling requirements.

Proficiency in English and Portuguese; Spanish is preferred.

• Ensure full compliance with all relevant global and regional regulations and licensing requirements.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the stability and scalability of gaming platforms.
